Confidentiality
Thank you for your interest in making a submission to the 2013 Review of UWS Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education.
- Each participant’s identity is required to verify that the responses received are legitimate – this is essential for the quality of the outcome of the Review
- Participants have the opportunity to select the level of confidentiality required with regards to their identity and participation at the end of this survey (unless given permission, the default position of all responses, submissions and consultations, is full confidentiality)
- Submissions are received by a small team within the UWS Office of Strategy and Quality (OSQ) who will analyse trends and patterns in the data, and protect the identity of participants as requested
- The OSQ team will prepare a self-assessment report based on the results of the on-line survey, feedback from submissions and consultations, together with available data
- The finalised self-assessment document will not include any information which participants have requested to remain confidential
- Documents provided to the Review will be managed in accordance with the State Records Act – destroyed after the minimum 12 months retention period and de-identified in the interim
