Notice of Ballots

Following the close of nominations for the election of students to the University's academic committees, online ballots will be conducted between Wednesday 16 May and Friday 25 May, 2012 for the positions that require a ballot (opens in a new window) (PDF, 15Kb) (that is, where there was more than one valid nomination).

A number of candidates were declared elected to positions unoppposed (opens in a new window) (PDF, 14Kb). A number of positions did not receive any valid nominations and remain vacant (opens in new window) (PDF, 17Kb).

Each student eligible to vote in a ballot will receive an email to their University email address when voting opens enabling them to access the electronic poll for that ballot.

Information about polls and candidates is available to voters when they access the electronic polls.
