James Hardie Decision: Law Alumni
Leading law expert, Professor Michael Adams, from the University of Western Sydney has stated that the case against the James Hardie directors and executives is the most significant case ever undertaken in Australia in terms of misleading and deceptive corporate conduct since the NRMA case of 1995. Professor Adams, Head of the School of Law at UWS, has 25 years of experience in corporate law and governance and has conducted research widely in the area of corporate law in Australia, Europe, North America and Asia.

Law Commonwealth Mooting Competition: Law Alumni
The three students, Matthew Carr, Jonathan Adamopoulos and Timothy McGrath (L to R in the image shown), finished third at the recent Commonwealth Moot Competition after the narrowest of semi-final losses to the University of Hong Kong, which finished second overall behind the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
