How do I gain access to the UWS Library as an Alumnus?

To gain Library access UWS Alumni are required to join GradLife and pay the annual Library Fee. The annual UWS Library Membership fee for Alumni is $50. Once this fee has been paid all GradLife Members have certain access rights to the UWS Library. For more information on UWS Alumni Library Access please view our Alumni Library Access Page.

What does the Library Membership entail?

GradLife Members are able to borrow up to 25 items for a 14 day loan period as well as having certain access to the Library's online e-resources. For more information view our UWS Alumni Library Access Page.

If I am waiting for my GradLife Membership Card to be mailed to me can I still access the Library? 

If you have not received your GradLife Membership Card you are still able to access the Library, provided you have paid the discounted $50 library fee. In most cases when visiting the library you will be asked, by Library Staff, to confirm you are a GradLife Member, you may also be asked to confirm your Alumni Membership Number (previously your Student ID Number). We suggest you take a printout of the email confirmation of GradLife membership, as well as your receipt of payment to the Library.
