Building BX, Werrington South campusCommercial Property is an integral element of the Campus Development Unit that manages a portfolio of properties on behalf of the University across all campuses that are leased to external clients on either short term or longer tenancies.

Tenants comprise a mix of University partnerships, businesses and engaged community groups that are active across the Greater Western Sydney region.

Income derived from the portfolio goes directly to the University's strategic teaching and research initiatives; contributes to enhancing the student experience on campus and will assist in building an endowment fund to enable UWS to become one of the pre-eminent research universities.
