Location
The Westmead campus is situated in the suburb of Westmead, in the Parramatta Local Government Area. The campus is situated on the corner of Hawkesbury Road and Darcy Ave, Westmead, entrance via Hawkesbury Road.

UWSCollege
Westmead campus is the main teaching site for English and Professional Community programs offered by UWSCollege.

Getting to uni
The Westmead Precinct is well serviced by public transport.

Bus
Hills Bus service 711 operates from Blacktown station Interchange and the Parramatta station Interchange, stopping opposite the Precinct at the Westmead train station. For more information, please see Hills Bus timetable (opens in a new window).
All T-Way services T61 – T64 stop opposite the Precinct at the Westmead Hospital and Westmead train station. For more information, please see Hills Bus timetables (opens in a new window).
Train
The closest station to the campus is Westmead, serviced by the Western, Cumberland and Blue Mountains lines. The Precinct is then a short walk from the station. Please refer to the CityRail website (opens in a new window) for timetable and fare information.
Walking and cycling
The walk to the Precinct from Westmead station takes approximately 2 minutes and approximately 10 minutes from Parramatta Park. Please refer to the Westmead TAG (opens in a new window) (PDF, 264Kb) for directions.
The Westmead and Parramatta by bike map (opens in a new window) provides several options for cycling to the Parramatta campus. Routes include on-road and shared cycling paths.
Taxi
Cumberland Cabs (Premier Taxis) operate in the Westmead area. Please contact Cumberland Cabs on 13 10 17 to book a cab. The Taxi waiting point is P1 – Car park 1 as you enter the campus.
Car
The Westmead Precinct is accessible using the M5 Motorway. Please refer to UWS Interactive Maps for directions and travel times. Please be aware that parking on this campus is limited and parking permits and parking fees apply.

Safety on Campus
