Capital Works and Facilities plays a central role in the University’s operations by supporting, maintaining and repairing its built environment and facilities.

Client Service Centre

A Client Service Centre has been established to manage the services offered by Capital Works and Facilities and can be requested by one of the following methods:

• telephone the Client Service Centre on 02 4570 1222 (ext 1222)
• submit your request on a Client Services Request Form (MS Word, 77Kb) or Client Services Request Form (PDF, 21Kb) by email to facilities@uws.edu.au

Services include:

• building maintenance
• grounds and environment
• cleaning services
• furniture relocation
• keys, locks and security
• mail and courier services
• internal events/functions
• space planning and relocation
• parking and traffic management
• signage
• commercial property and leasing.

The hours of operation for the Client Service Centre are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. For urgent requests outside of normal hours (5.00 pm to 8.00 am) please ring the Client Service Centre on 02 4570 1222 (ext 1222) and follow the prompts.
