The CW&F Campus Managers act as ‘the face of CW&F’ and are the main point of contact between the Directorate and the UWS community. Refer to the Campus Manager’s webpage for the contact details of the Campus Manager assigned to each UWS campus.

Client service requests

The UWS Contact Service Centre is the point of contact for all CW&F client service requests. To lodge a routine maintenance or facilities request, complete a Client service request form (DOC, 204.5 KB) (opens in a new window) and email the form to facilities@uws.edu.au

If you have an urgent maintenance request that requires immediate attention, please phone the UWS Contact Service Centre on 9852 5800 (Ext 5800). The Contact Service Centre is open between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm (excluding public holidays and the Christmas New Year close down period). After hours calls regarding urgent maintenance issues will be transferred to the Duty Security Officer.
