Creation of collaborative learning spaces in building 10, Campbelltown campus
Two flat-floor teaching spaces in building 10 (one on the ground floor and one on level one) were upgraded over the 2012/2013 intersession break as part of a new initiative and pilot program to provide functional, dynamic and collaborative learning spaces for students.
CW&F collaborated with Information Technology Services, the School of Nursing and Midwifery, School of Science and Health, School of Law, School of Business, School of Humanities and Communication Arts and other UWS stakeholders on the design of the collaborative new learning spaces. The new spaces feature mobile tables and chairs, laptop charging stations, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and a projection screen as well as wireless internet and glass writing surfaces on all walls to facilitate group learning and collaboration.
