Development of additional student residences, Penrith campus

Student residences on Penrith campus

Three three-storey residential buildings were constructed on Penrith campus, Kingswood, in 2012 to provide an additional 101 beds for students, complete with common living areas and a shared laundry.

The new student residences were constructed adjacent to the student residences completed in January 2010. A primary outdoor space between the new and existing residences is a focal point, providing for outdoor social gatherings and completing the student village on the campus. Well-lit, accessible paths connect the new residences with the existing residences and the remainder of the campus.
