Admissions and Alternative Entry

How to Apply

All applications for undergraduate courses at UWS should be made online through the University Admissions Centre.

There are a limited number of UWS undergraduate courses that have selection criteria additional to the UAC application form. The following courses require applicants to complete a questionnaire and attend an audition or interview: Bachelor of Music Bachelor of Medicine/ Bachelor of Surgery

Students can access questionnaires and book auditions and interviews before the closing date using the Audition and Interview Booking System.

Find out about the UWS Triple Advantage - an opportunity for eligible High School Certificate (HSC) and International Baccalaureate (IB) students to receive bonus points or an early offer to UWS.

Alternative Entry to UWS

There are a number of alternative pathway options available to applicants that do not receive the required mark for entry to the course of their choice, or who are not eligible for a UAI. Some of the options give students the opportunity to study in a university setting while improving their prospect of admission. Other options provide an opportunity to obtain a qualification such as a Diploma while receiving guaranteed entry into the second year of a UWS degree.
