Dr Parada graduated with a PhD in 2007. In his thesis he investigated the psychosocial determinants of and effective intervention in school bullying. His academic interests include:
Dr Parada has also been commissioned to conduct reports and develop programs within the private sector. He works as a trained coach in the Positive Behaviour Support Program which aims to assist students who are facing challenges in their educational and social environments.
