Dr. Dacheng Zhao is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with expertise in:
Dr Zhao's research interests and previous studies include the comparative study of mathematics education between China and Australia, a case study of quality supervision of international research students, a self-reflective study of postdoctoral experience, and policy analysis of education reform. Currently he is working on a number of projects including a 2008 UWS Research Grant Scheme supported project entitled Postgraduate supervisory pedagogies and development work team research: Collaborating with international research higher degree students from China in knowledge creation, and the Western Sydney/Ningbo Project, which is an innovative model to train teachers as researchers involving international cooperation in teacher education and research education. He is a co-supervisor of two PhD students and eight Master of Education (Honours) students.
