UWS HiTech Fest - Exhibitor Information

The UWS HiTech Fest – Engineering, IT and Industrial Design Expo targets final year students studying Mathematics, Engineering, Civil, Environmental, Robotics & Mechatronics and Telecommunications, together with Construction Management, Industrial Design, Computing, Computer Science, and Information & Communication Technology. 

Increase the profile of your organisation and make contact with final year students at the UWS HiTech Fest – Engineering, IT and Industrial Design Expo.

Registration $660 (including GST)

  • 1 x Table (1.8m length)
  • 1 x White table cloth
  • 2 x Chairs

Sponsorship opportunities
  • Program Sponsor - $500 (one spot)
    Have your name and logo on the front of the program distributed to all students on the day and advertisment about your organisation (100 words)
  • Banner at entrance and hand out to students as they enter - $200 (one spot)
  • Run a half-hour workshop on a careers topic of your choice - $200
    Topics of interest include online applications, interview skills, networking skillings, resume writing and how to succeed.

Insurance

UWS has liability insurance that provides cover for its negligence. However, it does not extend to cover the negligence of a third party. UWS requires each exhibiting organisation to provide its own public liability insurance coverage for the event. As a condition of participation you are required to sign a UWS Insurance Indemnity Form. This form will be provided upon registration.
