Abstract Submission and Presentation Support
The deadline for submissions for 2013 has closed.
Successful conference abstracts are now available on the 2013 Program page.
Support for Presenters
If you are presenting, please plan to speak for 15-20 minutes and allow up to 10 minutes for questions. Session Chairs will assist you in keeping time.
Presentation training is available on Wednesday 1 May and you can book this in MyCareer OnLine (via Staff OnLine) (opens in a new window).
We will also be holding a session to allow presenters a 'dry run' of their presentation. This will give presenters an opportunity to ensure their timing is correct and to tweak their presentation where necessary. This is also an opportunity for first time presenters to increase their confidence prior to the Conference. More information regarding this day will be provided to successful presenters of abstracts.
In addition, a number of experienced presenters have volunteered to support first-time presenters. If you wish to, please contact any of the people below and they will be happy to assist:
- Susan Hudson, Director, HR Strategy and Services
- Tanya Rubin, Manager Policy, Policy and Governance Unit
- Tanya Hobson, Executive Officer, PVC Research
- Warren Day, School Manager, School of Business
- Lyndal McCulloch, Manager, Medical Education Unit, School of Medicine
