Cost
Where students are responsible for payment, this will be required two weeks before the exam. We will provide details to students on how to make payment through our Onestop system after their institution has booked your exam. Students will need to coordinate with their own institution to confirm that our venue is suitable and the institution will then book the exam and send the exam paperwork to Western Sydney University.
If an exam is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, the full charge remains and a refund can only be offered under extenuating circumstances. If exam papers are not received within 48 hours of the exam, the booking may be cancelled and the full charge payable.
Booking an exam
All exam requests should be received no later than three weeks before the exam.
To register, the institution must go to the online Exam Request Form.
We will advise within two working days of receiving your request if we can accommodate the exam.
Only if the student email address is provided, will we contact students with details of their exams times and room otherwise it is the other institutions responsibility to ensure their students have all the correct details.
