We are gradually introducing an online form system to allow students to submit administrative forms online. So far, the Rule Waiver, Pathways Credit, Review of Grade, Advanced Standing and Special Consideration & Deferred Exam forms are available to students through the eForms system.
What does this mean for you?
As the whole process is now electronic, all you have to do is submit your application online, along with any supporting documentation. A submission email will be sent to your student email account to confirm your application has been successfully submitted, as well as an email with the outcome of your application once it has been processed.

To access eForms, log in to the MyC3 Student Portal , go to the 'Links' page and select eForms from the list.
MAC users require the following programs to access online forms:
- OS X v 10.4.x (PowerPC)
- Flash Player 9*
- Firefox 184.108.40.206 or later or Safari 3.0.3 or later
