What's available at Student Centres?
Advice and processing
Each campus has a Student Centre where you may seek general advice and help, including:
- enrolment and fees
- exams and results
- graduation
- apply for a travel concession pass
- apply for a Student ID card
- pick up a form or brochure
- lodge a form
- get help lodging an online form
Forms and brochures
You can visit or contact any Student Centre for processing of forms and enquiries. Forms that may be collected and submitted at the Student Centre include:
- Application to Graduate
- Application for Admission
- Change of Name
- Resignation
- Leave of Absence
- Advanced Standing (Academic Credit)
- UniTrack
- Withdrawal Without Academic Penalty
You can also download forms from the Student Administration forms page and lodge them at any Student Centre.
Opening hours

All Student Centres generally operate from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and are closed on Public Holidays. |
During exam periods Student Centres open at 8.00 am only where there is an early exam and close at 6.00 pm only where there is a late exam.
