Welcome! At UWS we provide a range of support services to help students reach their academic and personal goals. These are friendly and useful resources for students designed to improve a students' experience. Staff members are experts on students and the university environment, who are committed to helping and encouraging students to explore, learn, grow and take risks, and succeed.

Support services for students operate across the 6 UWS campuses. The range of free professional services, programs and special activities for students include:

• Chaplaincy - a service affiliated with Support Services for Students
• Disability Support
• Student Welfare Service
• Careers & Cooperative Education
• Student Learning  Unit - develops skills in language, mathematics and learning

Workshops
A range of workshops for students are available throughout the semester to assist you with your studies.

• Counselling workshops
• Student Learning workshops - includes academic literacy, mathematics, statistics and Nursing numeracy
