What if I want to change my units after I have reenrolled online?
You can change or add units online using MySR until the end of the second week of session. If you wish to add units after this point you will need to complete and submit an online Rule Waiver request. You can drop units until the session census date - 31 March for Autumn session or 31 August for Spring session.

What if I reenrol and then want to take leave?
You can still apply for leave of absence up until the census date for the teaching session in which you are planning to take leave. Download a Discontinuation or break from studies form and lodge it at any Student Central.

What if I have applied through UAC for another course?
You should still reenrol even if you do not intend studying in your current course. If you do not receive an offer to your new course you have the security of knowing that you are still enrolled in your current course.
If you do receive an offer to your new course and wish to stop studying your current course, you will have to comple and submit a Discontinuation or break from studies form by the session census date.
This is particularly important as you will incur a HECS-HELP / FEE-HELP debt if you fo not resign from your current course by the session census date.

What if I want to change how I pay my student contribution or tuition fees?
Provided you are eligible, you can change your payment options to allow you to defer your student contribution (if applicable) or tuition fees (fee-paying students) online using MySR up until the census date for the teaching session.

What if I enrol in a unit that has a prerequisite that I am currently studying?
It is assumed you will pass the units you are currently studying so you can still be enrolled in the unit once results are released. If you fail the prerequisite for a unit you are enrolled in for the next teaching session, the status of that unit will become INVALID.
How will I know if the unit is invalid?
Visit PlatformWeb or MySR after results have been released to check your enrolment. The unit will display an INVALID status if it is not available because you did not meet the requirements.

What if I don't reenrol on time?
MySR will not be closed after the reenrolment period, however you may not be able to enrol in your chosen unit if there are a limited number of places, and units with insufficient enrolments by the end of the period may no longer be offered.
I have not received a reenrolment package, how do I get one?
Reenrolment is an online process through MySR. If you are having problems enrolling online, read the information on the MySR Help page. If you still need assistance, please call the Student Central Infoline on 1300 668 370 or visit your nearest Student Central for help.
