Step 3 - Enrol with MySR

Access MySR through the MyUWS student portal.

Update your personal information

In MySR, select ‘Contact details’ under the heading ‘Personal details’ on the left of the page.

Make sure all your personal details and contact information is up to date. If any of your contact details have changed since last session, update the necessary fields. You also need to check that your mobile phone number is in the right box so we can contact you in emergency situations.

If you have changed your name, complete a Change of Personal Details form [PDF, 153Kb] (opens in a new window) and lodge it at any Student Central (with appropriate supporting documentation).

Enrol for 2013

In MySR, select 'Enrolment' on the left of the page.

If you want to group your elective units into a major or sub-major, you can now add an optional unit set (major or sub-major) that can be outside your course area in MySR. Find out more about this on the Unit sets page.

Unit selection

Select ‘Unit Selection’ from the flow chart in the middle of the Enrolment screen. You will need to add, drop or change units using the shopping cart system.

Confirmation and receipt

When you have completed your unit selection for 2013, click 'Proceed to Check Out'. To complete your enrolment you will need to click the ’Confirm’ button.

If an error message comes up, read it carefully and make any necessary changes. If a unit status shows as ‘Invalid’, you will not be enrolled in that unit. Check the Course and unit rules page for why a unit would show as invalid.

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will see a receipt of your unit enrolment details. Please save or print a copy for your records.

If no receipt page appears, the process has not been completed so you will need to re-check your enrolment.
