How do I access my Statement of Account?

The electronic Statement of Account (eSOA) is an official record of your fees. Once your enrolment is complete, you can access your eSOA through MySR after midday on the next business day. Your eSOA details the units you are enrolled in, your total fees payable, the due date and methods of payment available to you. You will need to download and print the PDF of your eSOA to pay your fees. Your eSOA is available until the census date of the teaching session it refers to.

To ensure your enrolment continues, you must pay your fees by the due date. Students who do not pay their tuition fees in full or arrange to defer their student contribution by lodging an eCAF or ‘Request for Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP’ in MySR by the due date, will have their enrolment cancelled.

You can check to see whether your payment has been received using MySR. Please allow three working days for payments to appear on the system.
