Student forms go online through eForms!


UWS is gradually introducing an online form system to allow students to submit their administrative forms online. So far, the Rule Waiver, Pathways Credit, Review of Grade and Advanced Standing forms are available to students through the eForms system.

To access eForms log into MyUWS and click the eForms link on the left menu.

MAC users require the following programs to access online forms:

  • OS X v 10.4.x (PowerPC)
  • Flash Player 9*
  • Firefox 2.0.0.1 or later or Safari 3.0.3 or later

What does this mean for you?

As the whole process is now electronic, all you have to do is submit your Rule Waiver, Review of Grade, Pathways Credit or Advanced Standing request online, along with any supporting documentation. You will receive the outcome of your request in an email that will be sent to your student email account.
