Submit a question

Before you submit a question, you can view previous questions and answers on the eCounselling page.

All UWS students can use eCounselling. Send us your question using your UWS student email account. We will then write a response and post the question and answer on this site. No identifying details will be published.

Each question is answered by fully qualified psychologists or social workers and should be posted within 5 working days. We will only accept and respond to emails from UWS student email accounts.

Please note this is not a good way to deal with crisis situations. If we are concerned about your safety, we may call you to check on your welfare. If you need to make an appointment, please call (02) 9852 5199 or visit the Counselling Service on your campus. Lifeline is also available 24 hours a day on 13 11 14.
