Coping with stress
Stress is universal, but when it gets to be too much we can become distressed and feel overwhelmed.
Working out how to balance and manage the stresses in your life is crucial for your health and to optimise your performance at university. If you're feeling overwhelmed or just want someone to talk to, help is available.
