These are progressive muscle relaxation sessions designed to help you relax your whole body and ease your mind. Relaxation works best when practised on a regular basis.

Audio recordings
If you are have trouble accessing any of the recordings below, check if the default audio player on your computer is the latest version. If you’re using a UWS computer on campus, then you might need to contact the IT Service Desk for help via the icon on the desktop or on (02) 9852 5111.
To save the file on your computer, right click on the file name and then select 'save target as'.
