Diversity Week 2013

Diversity Week explores and celebrates our differences, promoting respect and inclusion across cultures, religions, ethnicities, sexualities and genders.

UWS is one of the most culturally rich universities in Australia with more than 100 ethnic backgrounds represented in our student community and over 20% of staff coming from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Diversity Week photography exhibition

If you have an idea that signifies diversity, take a photo with your phone, tablet or camera and send it in! Images must be high resolution (no less than 2mb). Please email your entries to s.duverge@uws.edu.au. You’ll need to include your name, a title for your image and a brief description of how it relates to diversity. Please note that by submitting your entry you are agreeing to have it publicly exhibited during Diversity Week.

With the help of UWS Art Curator, Monica McMahon, these images will be shown in the foyer of Building 23 on Bankstown Campus during Diversity Week 2013.
