Textbook Voucher Application Form

The Student Welfare Service, in conjunction with Connect Books, is offering $200 textbook vouchers for students experiencing financial hardship.

Please note: ALL students are eligible to apply for a $200 connectbooks textbook voucher.

To be eligible to apply you must:

  • Be currently enrolled in 2 or more units at UWS
  • Be living independently and earning less than $500 a week OR
  • Be part of family with a combined income of less than $900 a week

To apply you will need to complete the form below.
Please read the application carefully. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Applications open Monday 22 July and close Friday 6 September

To be considered for a textbook voucher you must:

  • Complete the online application form below
  • Download and complete the budget form and attach it to the online application form
  • Attach proof of income (eg. Centrelink statement and/or copy of payslip)
  • Attach a Quote for cost of textbooks (eg. Written quote or printout from Connect Books (opens in a new window)
