Time management

Time management is a key ingredient to success at university. Discover simple strategies and techniques which will have a big impage on how you manage your time and studies.

Where and when: Bankstown, Campbelltown, Hawkesbury and Parramatta campuses (week 3)

Do presentations and stress less

For students with low to moderate levels of anxiety in relation to public speaking, who want to brush up their tutorial presentation skills.

Where and when: Campbelltown (week 5) and Parramatta (week 6) campuses

Gain information about study options, how to change courses, university processes and support services. Learn how to make your decision the best for you.

Develop anxiety management skills and techniques and acquire professional skills to deal with stress that are essential in any workplace.

Learn strategies to boost your memory by attending this workshop designed to enhance your academic performance.

Get help with your grades for next session by learning how to manage your stress and anxiety and stay in your peak performance zone.
