Step 4 Enrol with MySR

Message for UWSCollege students

UWS students

Step 4 requires you to use the UWS online enrolment system MyStudentRecords (MySR) to:

  • create a profile with your address and contact details
  • complete official University forms and declarations
  • apply for Commonwealth Assistance and
  • enrol in your units

With MySR you can enrol at any time (during the enrolment period) from anywhere.

Getting to MySR

To get to MySR you will need to log into the MyUWS Student Portal using your student ID number and the password you created during Step 2 when you activated your MyUWSAccount. Once you are in the portal, click the link to MyStudentRecords on the left hand side menu under ‘MyUWS Links’.

How do I enrol?

Read through the instructions in the Enrolling for the first time [PDF, 193Kb] (opens in a new window) guide or the Enrolling with MySR online tutorial [Flash] (opens in a new window) carefully.

You can also visit the Enrolment webpages for more information on:

Collecting your iPad

If you're eligible to receive an iPad, once you've enrolled correctly and collected your student ID card (Step 7) you'll need to read and agree to the iPad Terms and Conditions in the MyUWS Student Portal before you can collect your iPad.

Using MySR from home

If you’re using MySR from home, you must make sure that you have Javascript installed and that you have disabled any popup blockers before you login to MySR. The MySR Help page has more information about how to do this.

Enrolment help

Enrolment help is available in computer labs during your My Course Planning session. A schedule of lab locations and times for Spring 2013 will be available soon.

You can also get assistance from Student Central by dropping in, calling the Student Central Infoline on 1300 668 370 or emailing studentcentral@uws.edu.au from your UWS student email account.
