MyStudentRecords Help

MyStudentRecords (MySR) is where you view and manage your student record online. In MySR you can:

  • keep your personal details, including your mobile phone number and postal address up to date
  • check and change your enrolment (before census date)
  • view and confirm your course enrolment details
  • view and print your results
  • view and print your Statement of Account

Technical info and help

You can access MySR from anywhere (on or off campus) as long as you have an internet connection. You access MySR via MyUWS, using your normal MyUWSAccount username and password.

System requirements

Windows, Mac, iPad and Android
You can use any current web browser version, as long as you have the pop-up blocker disabled and have enabled javascript.

Technical trouble with MySR?

If you're having trouble accessing or using MySR, double check that you've met all the system requirements listed above. Pop-up blockers are one the main reasons students have problems, so make sure they're turned off completely.

Throughout MySR, there are help pages dedicated to each main screen. Just click on the red 'HELP' button to open up a help window.

If you can't find the solition using our help guides, please contact the UWS IT Service Desk. Please note that the IT Service Desk can only help with technical issues and cannot help with enrolment issues or questions.

Reenrolling in MySR

Reenrolling in MySR is easy, just follow the steps on the reenrolling webpage or in the downloadable brochure below:

Face to face support

At the beginning of Autumn and Spring sessions, we provide face to face support for students enrolling for the first time. These are called 'MySR supported labs' and run during My Course Planning.
