Postgraduate Study Opportunities

The research group has a growing postgraduate research program, and has staff from a range of disciplines including disaster psychiatry, clinical and occupational psychology, human factors and biostatistics.

We have growing international links with researchers from China, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Thailand, and we welcome visiting researchers and research placements.

Current Students

Jennifer Jacobs (PhD Student) - Promoting Positive Mental Health: Trajectories of mental health problems and the characteristics of children who suceed in life despite early risk. Supervisor: Prof Beverley Raphael; Co-supervisor: Dr Sally Wooding.

Garry Stevens (PhD Student) - Risk and Resilience Factors Affecting Emergency Service Worker Perceptions of Chemical, Biological Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Terrorism. Supervisor: Prof Beverley Raphael; Co-supervisor: Prof Alison Jones.
