BiographyFor the first 15 years Phil worked as a classroom teacher in inner city schools and as an advisor within the NSW Department of Education and training. For the last 20 years he has worked as a lecturer in the Primary Teacher Education program at UWS. He has worked across a number of content areas most recently with an emphasis on Pedagogy and the use of information technologies within learning.
