Sexual Harassment Prevention
The UWS Sexual Harassment Policy was revised in 2012. The following guidelines have been developed in association with the policy to provide practical advice on dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace.
The Guidelines for Managers and Supervisors set out the the responsibilities of managers and supervisors and give practical examples of how to prevent sexual harassment
The Guidelines "What to do if you think you have been sexually harassed" advise what you can do if you experience sexual harassment and give step by step guidance.
