Executive Projects Office

Welcome to the Executive Projects Office. We work across all areas of the University developing, scoping, managing, implementing and executing projects that enhance the efficiency of UWS and contribute to the University achieving its key goals and objectives. The Office often co-opts staff from Colleges, Schools and Divisions across the University to participate in and contribute to projects.

The major project currently being undertaken by the Executive Projects Office is the implementation of the UWS staffing strategy – "Our People 2015". 

The Executive Services Unit, which provides administrative support to University Executive members, forms part of the Executive Projects Office.
