Internal Job Exchange Next Round

UWS is seeking expressions of interest from staff for the next round of the Internal Job Exchange.

Expressions of interest have now closed.

If you are interested in gaining professional and career development by temporarily exchanging jobs with a staff member of the same HEW level, please discuss the program with your supervisor and submit an expression of interest.

Expressions of interest will be received by the Executive Projects Office team who will be in contact with staff to discuss their current role, skills and exchange preferences.  Where possible, job exchanges will be facilitated and negotiated with staff members and their supervisors.

The start date of the exchange will be subject to the business requirements of each area, and will be negotiated between the employees and their supervisors.

Staff who submit an expression of interest but are not selected to participate due to limited numbers will be advised when expressions of interest open for future exchange opportunities.

While the University recognises the importance and value of job exchange opportunities, an exchange may not be possible in all circumstances.
