Closing Stage

Once you have successfully completed your project, the closing stage is a time of accomplishment and celebration.

Post Implementation Review

A Post Implementation Review (PIR) (MS Word, 69Kb) is essential to ensure your project has truly achieved its objectives. The PIR tests whether the objectives of the project have been met and can allow the opportunity to identify any further reforms/improvements to the original objectives - possibly requiring another project.

Importantly the PIR will identify process or procedural abnormalities associated with the project that may be rectified to allow improvement in future projects.
