Biography
Dr. Ajesh George (BDS, MPH, PhD) is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Applied Nursing Research, Liverpool Hospital and an Adjunct Fellow at the College of Health and Science, UWS. He is a dentist with experience in public health both internationally and in Australia. Dr George is an expert in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and has extensive experience working with nurses/midwives, mothers and children. He has a number of refereed publications and has presented at both international and national conferences. He is also a co-supervisor of two Higher Degree Research students and is an active peer reviewer for three international journals. Dr George’s main research interest is on perinatal oral health and oral health education for non dental professionals.
