Marie Hutchinson has been a nurse for over 24 years in many areas of clinical practice and health service management. Her current areas of interest include family health and nursing workforce issues including workplace bullying and retention factors. As an author of the Workplace Bullying Instrument and the Organisational Predictors and Consequences of Bullying Scale, Marie is committed to the development of strategies to address workplace bullying and other organisational violations in the nursing workplace.
