School Partners

The Fast Forward program currently has partnerships with 52 schools in the Greater Western Sydney region. The program depends on each of its partner schools being firmly committed to the program's ideals and beliefs in regard to raising the aspirations and awareness of the value of higher education in a cohort of students that have not traditionally accessed higher education.

Each school nominates a committed member of school staff as the liaison person for the program in their school.

The role of this person involves:

  • Liaison with Fast Forward staff regarding the various program activities
  • Assistance with the identification of suitable participants for the program
  • Circulation of information to the students and their families regarding the program
  • Promotion of the program within the school community
  • Coordination of in and out of school program activities
