The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations (HRMIR) provides an introduction to human resource management and industrial relations in a business context for those who may have employment relations responsibilities as part of their role, or who may be considering moving into employment relations from other specialisations. It also provides an admission pathway to the Master of Commerce (Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations).
