The postgraduate Property Development course allowed me to strengthen my knowledge in a particular field of study which is relevant to my work. It also provided a rounded view of the property industry locally, nationally and globally. While theory was an important aspect of the course, I was very pleased at the amount of practical application the course provided to students. This ranged from undertaking a feasibility of a property development and reviewing investment opportunities to preparing a valuation report on a local commercial property.

I commenced the part time Masters program in 2011 while working full time in Sydney’s CBD. I have a background in accounting and didn’t have an extensive knowledge of property aspects. The course offered an ideal range of property subjects which are not only topical, but fundamentally necessary in understanding the various issues encountered in the property investment and development industry.

The teaching staff, lecturers and professors were amazing. I found their conduct and knowledge of the property industry to be of a very high standard.
