International student advisors

International Student Advisors (ISAs) are located on each campus to help international students.

ISAs provide support for international students on matters like student visas, enrolment and fee status, international related correspondence and referrals to other agencies. They work closely with the Offices of the Academic Registrar (OAR) and Student Support Services to provide post-arrival services for international students.

ISAs work on the campuses of UWS on the days detailed in the table below. Where times are not specified ISAs are available from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. While every effort is made for staff to be available according to this table, absences, unavoidable meetings and alternative arrangements do occur. Therefore, it is recommended that you contact your International Student Advisor  (ISA) by e-mail first to the ‘ISA’ e-mail address at your home campus. Those addresses are as follows:

Once an e-mail has been received, the ISA office will indicate by reply e-mail  if an appointment is necessary. The ISA team staff and their working days and times are indicated below.
