VETAB accredited Academic English for Tertiary  Studies are offered at EAP  1,  EAP  11  and  EAP1V  levels for students of varying proficiency.

English language college

UWSCollege has been established to provide pathways to university and also offers professional courses of study relevant to the workplace.   The College is located on the Westmead site of the University of Western Sydney in the St Vincent's Building.

Students who do not meet the minimum entry criteria for English proficiency, may elect to study the Academic English for Tertiary Studies (EAP) available at UWSCollege. 

To achieve entry to a course requiring: 
IELTS 6 - UWSCollege EAP program with a minimum overall grade of 50 with a pass in all sections
IELTS 6.5 - UWSCollege EAP program with a minimum overall grade of 65 with a pass in all sections
IELTS 7 - UWSCollege EAP program with a minimum overall grade of 70 with a pass in all sections and a score of 75 in the research report or research essay

UWSCollege is a pathway college 100% owned by UWS.
