Kelly+Partners
Realising the potential in others
Kelly+Partners Chartered Accountants(opens in a new window) was founded in 2006 in a serviced office of 20 square metres. Since then, the company has grown to be one of the top 40 accounting firms in Australia. Guided by four core principles – forward looking advice, accessible, no surprises and caring for each client individually Kelly+Partners have developed an integrated business and personal financial solution for private business owners.
Since the beginning, part of Kelly+Partners core mission has been to find ways to contribute to the communities within which it works and it is through this mission that Kelly+Partners have become supporters of the University of Western Sydney.

Kelly+Partners have been engaged with the Prizes program at the University of Western Sydney since 2010. In 2012, Kelly+Partners doubled their contributions to supporting students at UWS and now sponsor two accounting prizes within the School of Business.
The UWS Prizes program acknowledges the University’s most-dedicated and high-achieving students and by contributing to this program, businesses like Kelly+Partners are helping to encourage and inspire students to continue striving for excellence in their studies.
‘We want to change the accounting industry by constantly improving the way we work. What better way to encourage this than by supporting our best and brightest coming through university.’ Brett Kelly, Founder & CEO, Kelly + Partners
The School of Business 2011 Academic Year Prize awards in 2012 saw Sarah Fletcher awarded the prestigious Kelly+Partners award for Excellence in Accounting. Having finished her studies at the end of 2011 Sarah is now the general manager of Finance and Operations in a warehousing and distribution company.
‘Receiving a prize for Excellence in Accounting from Kelly+ Partners means a great deal. Working full time and completing uni at night is no mean feat, but receiving a prize for all the hard work was a great acknowledgement. Thank you to Kelly+Partners for the recognition of my studies.’ Sarah Fletcher, Bachelor of Business (Accounting)
