Apply in MySR

Please note: This step will only work if the application period is open. For application period dates please see the key graduation deadlines webpage

  1. Log into the MyUWS Student Portal and select MyStudentRecords (MySR)
  2. Log into MySR
  3. Click on ‘Apply to Graduate’ listed under ‘Graduation’ in the left side menu
  4. Complete the required fields in the online form and ensure you click ‘Submit’.
  5. Check your application has been correctly submitted. Please complete both checks:
  • Log into MyMail and check you have received a confirmation email about your application
  • Log out of MySR and log back in, click on 'Apply to Graduate'. The ‘Apply’ button should now be changed to an ‘Update’ button.

Important:

Students must check they have correctly submitted their application. If you believe there has been an error, it is your responsibility to email graduations@uws.edu.au as soon as possible and within the application period, to ensure this can be fixed for you and your application is received in time.
