Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)

Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) is a Commonwealth initiative that has been introduced to improve the recognition and portability of Australian qualifications.

The AHEGS Provides information on a student's higher education qualification, including a record of all subjects undertaken within the specified degree/award, the institution where the qualification was obtained and the Australian higher education system in one easy-to-read document.

This document should only be ordered through here if you have already graduated and if you have received your official graduation documents and wish to have an additional copy. You will receive an AHEGS with the purchase of your original graduation documents once you have been conferred.  You should only be ordering through the online ordering portal for an additional copy of your AHEGS, ordering through here is not your graduation documents, you order your graduation documents through the payments page  if you have not received our original documentation.  To receive your official graduation documents (Testamur and AHEGS), you will need to place an order and make payment through Payments.

NOTE: AHEGS is only available for Western Sydney University students who have graduated from April 2011 onwards. This document may not be accepted by all external parties, it is your responsibility to enquire if they will accept an AHEGS or require a Transcript.
