Ignacio Garcia

Biography

Dr Ignacio Garcia is a senior lecturer at the School of Humanities and Languages, University of Western Sydney, where he teaches and researches in the areas of Spanish and Latin American studies, and translation English-Spanish and translation technologies. He has widely published on these areas in academic and professional journals. His current research projects involve dealing with the integration of translation memory and machine translation systems, and with the evaluation of unassisted machine translation.
