Gyrate's Pete Dennis, picks up where most uni's and colleges leave off and eases the frustration of creative directors who feel that today's graduates don't have the specific skills and potential needed to work in advertising. During this one-hour informal session, students learn to concept their portfolio like an agency pro, discover what a job-winning portfolio looks like and spend time with an award winning creative. Pete Dennis brings with him a real world experience of over 28 years as an agency Art Director and Creative Director. Pete is currently the Director and Creative Director of Gyrate Advertising.Design.Events. Pete has won advertising awards in ADMA (Australian Direct Marketing Association – 3 years in a row), International Design Expo, Young & Rubican Award for Creative Innovation, an International Echo, the Asia Pacific Advertising Festival and is a Guinness World Record holder.
