Who doesn't love food? NSW households send an average of 800,000 tonnes of food a year to landfill – that is 315 kilograms of food waste for each household going to landfill. Your household food waste is costing you an average of $1036 a year.

Come along and see how easy it is to eat healthy, shop smart and save money. The Office of Sustainability and Henry Doubleday are holding a FREE Love Food Hate Waste workshop for staff and students which includes free lunch, giveaways, garden tour, cooking demo and composting tip.
